Thank you for your purchase.  We want you to love your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it back to us for a full money-back guarantee.  Please see below for more information on our return policy. 


All returns must be made within (14) days upon receipt of package date.  All returns must include the order number, buyer pays return shipping. 

ReturN Process

To return any unwanted items, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). 

After receiving an RMA number, place the items you are returning in a USPS packaging along with the order number, and mail your return to the following address below:

Please note, you will be responsible for ALL return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refund Time

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five to seven (5-7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
