All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of your package.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the items purchased, we accept returns as long as the purchase is within the 30 days from delivery date. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. ONLY returns within 30 days from delivery time will be accepted.
To return products you’re dissatisfied with for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $49, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a period of 5-10 business days for us to process the refund.

The return materials authorization (RMA) or order number is the reference number for your return. We include the RMA order number in the email confirmation sent to you. You must clearly label all returns with the RMA number so they are identifiable.
