Start it within 30 days of receiving your package through the returns portal on our returns policy page. You can ship it back with any trackable carrier, or request a discounted prepaid label there (its cost comes out of your refund). Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we process it within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 1–2 billing cycles to show up.

Spotless X2 is for hard surfaces: glass, chrome, metal, porcelain and tile. It’s not for paint or clear coat. Dissolve X2 is for paint: clear coat, wheels, chrome, plastic, rubber trim and gelcoat.

HybridCoat is our long-term graphene ceramic coating: up to 5 years of protection that you put on yourself. Prep with Dissolve X2 and Spotless X2, apply two layers, and let it cure for 24 hours.

Put a small amount on a microfiber applicator pad, work it over the spots, then wipe clean with a damp microfiber towel. For Spotless X2 a quarter-sized dab is enough; rub it in a cross-hatch pattern.

Light, fresh spots usually come off in one pass. Heavy, years-old buildup can take 2–3.

No. No machine, no clay bar, no steel wool. A microfiber applicator pad and a towel are all you need.

SFX1 gives instant gloss and water beading that lasts up to 12 months, and about 6 months on average with no upkeep.

For the best result, yes. Use Spotless X2 on glass and Dissolve X2 on paint, then seal it with SFX1.

Yes. Dissolve X2 is safe on clear coat. It uses no abrasives and goes on with a microfiber towel. Always follow the directions on the label.

Yes. Spotless X2 is safe on window tint. Dissolve X2 and SFX1 are safe on clear coat, matte paint and vinyl wraps.

No. Spotless X2 is for hard surfaces only: glass, chrome, metal, porcelain and tile. For paint and clear coat, use Dissolve X2.

Yes. The same Spotless X2 that clears your windshield takes shower buildup off glass doors, mirrors, faucets, porcelain sinks and tile.

Yes. Dissolve X2 works on gelcoat and chrome, and Spotless X2 handles boat glass and chrome with salt and hard water spots.
