Is Dissolve X2 safe for my car's clear coat?

Can I use Dissolve X2 on mirrors?
Only on plastic mirrors, not glass mirrors. Dissolve X2 contains buffered ammonium bifluoride, so keep it off glass mirrors. For glass, use Spotless X2.
What else does Dissolve X2 remove?
Besides water spots, Dissolve X2 also removes red dirt, rust, tar, sap and bugs.
