Thank you for your purchase from Sud Factory. We hope you're thrilled with your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review our return policy below.
Returns
All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package. Returned items should include the original order number, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@sudfactory.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, place the item(s) securely in a USPS package along with the order number and send your return to:

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless optional express shipping was selected during checkout. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing Time
After receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for this process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
